S&O Construction Services, Inc. provides heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing services to a broad range of industries throughout the Hudson Valley region of New York. S&O has successfully performed public work for 38+ years as an open shop contractor performing all phases of mechanical construction. Serving New York State, the Federal Government, local towns and municipalities, S&O specializes in work at correctional facilities, schools, military buildings, colleges, and water treatment plants.
Jeffrey B. Senft was the founder, president and CEO of S&O Construction Services.

FEATURED PROJECT
NYS Clean Hand Sanitizer Bottling System
When the pandemic started back in March 2020, New York State designated an emergency job to construct a fully functional and operating hand sanitizer bottling system at Shawangunk Correctional Facility.
S&O was awarded this job as a prime contractor, and thanks to a collaborative effort with OGS Region 3, DOCCS, Environmental & Fueling Systems, Hudson Valley Electrical C&M, Arold Construction and others, we spearheaded the operation to successfully complete the system within five days.
